Why I won't use a costume for the Demon

In my film trailer there will be a demon or at least it will make it look like something is there which adds mystery to the trailer. I won't use any costume for the demon and I will try and make it so that you won’t even see the demon you will just know something is there. This is because if I was to make someone appear as the demon it would look unprofessional because I wouldn't be able to create something that lives up to film standards. therefore I will make it so that a shadow may appear or just the outline of a figure because this way it still adds fear to the trailer but also mystery because people will want to know what it is.
